What is it?
The Live Wedding Experience is a "Wedding Show" like you have never experienced before! It is a fully immersive experience that allows you to see vendors in action, watch how the choices you make, will play out on your wedding day, experience food and beverages from a guest's perspective and be part of some of the latest trends in the wedding industry!
What you will experience at this "Wedding Show":

A wide variety of wedding professionals! Ranging from florists, coordinators/planners, entertainment, caterers, dessert companies, live painters and so much more! And you'll get to see these professionals in action!

You will be able to see how things actually happen at weddings and talk to the professionals about your day or your ideas specifically!

Our models will walk you through a sample ceremony, introduction and cake cut, then finally through their first dance and reception!

You will get a sampling of some of Western New Yorks's best food, drink and dessert!

Get ready to step into a wedding day as it unfolds in real time. Guided by a professional DJ, you’ll be walked through each moment, from the ceremony to the reception. You can truly experience how a wedding flows from start to finish. It’s an immersive, behind-the-scenes look that helps you envision every detail of your own celebration with confidence and excitement.
Throughout the day there will be time to mingle with vendors and ask them any specific questions you may have!

All of the design elements you choose, the order in which you schedule your events and vendors you select will have a tremendous impact on your day! Come experience a sample of that!
This is also a wonderful way to explore The Annex! See this gorgeous venue in action! With a capacity of 400 and a sprawling 26 acres - this venue is simply a dream!
